Fronted by Bach Trumpet Artist, John Dover, the John Dover Quartet continues to fuel the Portland jazz scene. The quartet sparks with influences ranging from the fiery (Arturo Sandoval) to smokey (Chris Botti) and beyond. The John Dover Quartet combines the talents of Ezra Weiss on piano, Thomas Barber on bass, and Charles Neal on drums to explore a rich sound that will be sure to bring you back for more.
The John Dover Quartet can be heard at Ivories Jazz Lounge on February the 13th from 8-11 with only a $7 cover for the entire evening of music. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited for this venue.
